Fun to Play Free Games LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 27, 2026
Welcome. This policy explains, in plain language, what data may be collected when you play Fun to Play mobile games, why it is collected, and the controls you have over it. We build small, ad-supported games and try to handle as little data as possible.
Who this policy applies to. This is the company-wide privacy policy for games published by Fun to Play Free Games LLC ("Fun to Play," "we," "us," or "our"), including Lonestar Tick Invasion and other Fun to Play mobile games — unless a specific game publishes its own separate privacy policy, in which case that game's policy applies to that game.
Information We Collect
Unless an individual Fun to Play game says otherwise, our games do not require you to create an account, and Fun to Play does not operate a custom backend that stores player profiles, scores, or progress on our servers. Your game progress lives on your device.
The data that may be collected while you play comes primarily from our advertising partner, Google AdMob, and from the standard app delivery, permissions, and diagnostics provided by your device's operating system (Apple iOS or Google Android). Depending on your device settings and the consent choices you make, this may include:
- Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers
- Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address or device settings
- Device and operating system information (model, OS version, language)
- Usage data such as ad views, ad interactions, and session events
- Diagnostics and crash information used to keep our games stable
We do not ask you for your name, email, phone number, or precise location inside our games themselves.
Advertising and AdMob
Fun to Play games are supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Typical ad placements in our games include:
- Banner ads on screens such as the pause screen or end-of-round screen
- Rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch, for example to continue playing after a loss or to earn an in-game bonus
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or receive identifiers (including the iOS Advertising Identifier or Android Advertising ID when permitted), approximate location, device information, ad interactions, and similar usage and diagnostic data in order to deliver, measure, and improve advertising. The specific data handled depends on your device settings and the consent choices you make in any consent prompts the game shows.
For details about Google's data practices and the technologies used in advertising, see Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services, including Google Advertising Technologies.
App Tracking Transparency & iOS Controls
On iOS, apps must ask for your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites. When required, our games will show Apple's standard App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can allow or deny this prompt, and the game will continue to function either way — denying tracking simply means the ads you see may be less personalized.
You can review and change your choices at any time in iOS Settings:
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — allow or deny tracking per app
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising — turn off Personalized Ads from Apple
On Android, you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path may vary by device and Android version).
How Information Is Used
Data collected through our games and our advertising integration is used to:
- Show banner and rewarded ads inside our games
- Measure ad performance and reporting for our advertising partner
- Detect and prevent fraud and invalid ad activity
- Keep our games functional, stable, and free of crashes (diagnostics)
- Improve the gameplay experience over time
Children's Privacy
Fun to Play games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, or that data about your child has been collected through one of our games, please email ryan@evertap.com and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
Data Retention
Because Fun to Play generally does not run a custom backend that stores player profiles, we do not retain account data on our own systems (unless a specific game says otherwise in its own policy). Advertising and diagnostics data handled by Google AdMob and by your device's operating system is retained according to those providers' own policies and the controls you set on your device.
Your Choices
- Allow or deny the App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time it appears (iOS).
- Change tracking and advertising settings at any time in your device's Settings (see above).
- Limit ad personalization through Apple's Personalized Ads setting or Android's Ads setting.
- Skip rewarded ads — they are always optional and only play when you choose to watch one.
- Uninstall the game at any time to stop all in-app data collection.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new ad format, launch a new game, or change how data is handled. When we do, we will update the Effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect inside our games.
